Some Emails not Saving to Customer Record from Outlook..

Hellow NS Community,

We are having an issue with some of our emails saving to NS from Outlook. It seems to work sometimes but not other times. We've narrowed the problem down to what we think it is, which is a .png file in the user's email signature. Has anyone had this issue or a similar one?? Something tells me it's an isolated issue with this user's workstation but not sure what to test at this point.

To test, I've attached this .png file to a new email then attempted to save it to NS. It saves without a problem. Then I tried attaching this file to another new email without my email signature and it didn't work so, why this file?? All users are using this file in their email signature and they are not getting the problem. This user sent me the email he wanted to save to NS and I was able to save it without an issue.
