NetSuite for Outlook takes too long/doesn't seem to synchronize
Hello,
I work with a company that uses NetSuite, and I've been having some problems with NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 since yesterday. For some reason, it seems to not go through the "estimating records" phase during synchronization, and eventually, I have to re-enter my password, and the process repeats.
When I went to set it up, I selected no records whatsoever, so I don't understand why this would be taking so long. Is there something wrong with it?
I don't know if this plays a factor, but the email type I have is supplied by Google Apps, which we have going into Outlook. Is NetSuite for Outlook ideal for Microsoft Exchange-based emails, or should it work for all emails? Please let me know. Thank you.
