Blackberry Contacts

Hello, we are about to turn on NetSuite for Outlook.  I am wondering what the recommendations are for how to handle contacts that are currently on our Blackberry's.  I do not want them to be duplicated.  We are moving contacts out of our default Outlook folder and allowing it to be repopulated by NetSuite.  I am wondering what the steps should be for our smart phones.  Does anyone have any ideas?
