Outlook on iPhone

Hello, our company is considering switching from Blackberry's to iPhones.  I am currently in the process of setting up Outlook Integration and giving our reps instructions for syncing with their phones as well.  I am wondering if there is anything special I should think about if we move from blackberry's to iPhones mostly around the contact syncronization.  Does anyone have any experience with this?
