Outlook 3.0 configuration client - predefining end user configuration settings

edited Nov 22, 2019 5:53PM in CRM 3 comments

Has anyone on this forum ever looked into predefining end user configuration settings for an on mass roll out of the Outlook configuration client, in particular 3.0?

We are looking to use the integration but a means of ensuring all users configure to exact specification, I'm thinking there must be an enterprise solution for to do this?
  I'm not referring to the Filter Criteria which defines which Contacts/calendar events/Tasks you will sync, (which I’m aware can be predefined by Administrators).

Rather,

Step 1 of 3: Role and Record Selection
  Step 2 of 3: Contact Synchronization settings namely;
Synchronisation interval, Synchronisation Direction, Synchronisation folders, Conflict Resolution, Restrict Contact Sync to & Save Outlook Contacts as private Contacts in NetSuite.

Howdy, Stranger!
