SuiteTalk 2009.2 Retirement & NS for Outlook

Hello;

Perhaps I am reading the resulting xml incorrectly, but is NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 using the 2.6 endpoint for WebServices?  Does this mean that Outlook 2.0 will also be retired come 2014.1?
