Many businesses rely on Microsoft Outlook to manage their business email communication, contacts, appointments, and tasks. But it’s also critical to capture that valuable CRM activity in your NetSuite account to maintain a 360 degree view of all your business relationships. The new NetSuite for Outlook client allows you to seamlessly sync events, tasks, contacts, and phone calls between the two systems and provides a friendly user interface to save Outlook messages to the appropriate NetSuite records. It also offers administrators greater control over how users interact with NetSuite data when working with the client.
