Save tasks from outlook to Netsuite Manually

Hi,

Is there any way of adding tasks, calender events, meetings etc. to Netsuite from outlook manually like saving emails?

We would like to sync tasks from Netsuite to Outlook automatically but choose and select tasks that need to go to Netsuite from Outlook?
