Account Number & Remember Me Doesn't Remember After Rebooting PC

Our users have been using the NetSuite for Outlook for about six months.  One of the complaints I've received as an Admin is that the Remember Me check box in the NetSuite for Outlook pop up (contains Email address, Password, and Account number) stops remembering the Account number after the PC is rebooted.  Is there anything Admins can do so that the Account Number is ALWAYS remembered (including when the PC is restarted)?
