NetSuite & Outlook - Calendar Best Practice
Hi all
I am still learning my way around NetSuite overall and in particular how best to use it with Outlook integration.
One area that I am struggling with is how to use NetSuite and Outlook together for events (ie calendar activities).
I like for emails how you can select (in NetSuite for Outlook) which NetSuite records the email is saved / associated with - eg with one or more contacts, customers and/ or opportunities etc.
I am trying to get similar functionality with calendar events.
If I have NetSuite for Outlook set to synchronize with my main outlook calendar folder, then I end up with NetSuite being filled with a lot of events that I don't want there (I want to capture in NetSuite the key / significant CRM events, not every single event I have).
