User has repeated errors with Outlook Integration
I've got a user who is running into problems with his Outlook integration - he's seeing this error intermittently (but frequently):

He's tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and helpdesk has tried helping clear out the cache in the %AppData% folder. Anyone else experienced this and have a solution short of reimaging his computer?
