NetSuite Events Will Not Push To Outlook
I have a single user with this problem and went to our IT dept for help, thinking it might be a PC problem. They insist it's NetSuite. Help?
A single user has been using the NetSuite-Outlook add-in for several months without fail. Around late August/beginning of September he noticed that none of his calendar events entered into NetSuite were pushed over into Outlook. I checked configuration - fine. I checked his sync settings - fine. Tried uninstalling the add-in and re-installed a fresh copy, then set up sync settings myself. Confirmation page showed 1,133 events synced, but none of them are in Outlook. Double checked sync settings, and it is set to push from NetSuite to Outlook, and the folder is his default Outlook Calendar. I then checked
