NetSuite for Outlook - daily problems

I have several users who say that NS for Outlook is constantly disabling itself or "disappearing" or not working. We re-enable or reinstall and it works again until a couple days later. Is there any fix for this?? It's very frustrating to my users who actually want to use this feature!
