Using NetSuite with Outlook on a Mac/iPad

I am using Netsuite on my Mac and iPad and I my company wants me to sync Outlook with Netsuite but the NetSuite for Outlook app doesn't work on a Mac. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to sync Outlook's Contacts, Email and Calendar with NetSuite on a Mac?
