Netsuite for Outlook Forgotten Credentials
This morning many of our sales people had their Netsuite for Outlook fail with various errors. The main error seemed to be:
"SyncManager is currently inactive as it lacks authorization to continue.
Possible reason: Request Limit Exceeded!"
Upon checking the SyncManager configuration, I could see user credentials had been wiped.
It seemed re-installing the plugin prompted an alert stating an upgraded version of Netsuite for Outlook had been installed.
One person still received an error of "Request Limit Exceeded" then upon attempting login again they could login successfully. Does anybody know what this relates to in particular? Surely there isn't such a small authorization limit that 20 people can't be using the outlook integration at the same time?
