ODBC Connection Through Navicat?

I've been trying in vain to connect to NetSuite ODBC Views for reporting through navicat (Premium version)

I receive the following error:

Only Compatible with OCI version 8.1 and Higher. Your Version is 0.0.0.0

Has anyone successfully connected? Any Tips?

NS Driver is installed, succesfully connect via crystal report and even excel - no luck navicat or phpmyadmin....
