Netsuite data export error via ODBC

We are in the process of adopting QlikView to enhance the reporting experience for our users. As part of the first step we are trying to export data from Netsuite into Qlik. While doing so we encountered an error loading the transaction table which has over 2 million records. We assume it may be because the Netsuite pipe limit is 10,000 records. We use the basic Netsuite package and not Netsuite Oneworld. I am looking to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue or recommendations of a work around. The error log is below:
