Cancellation Dates

Hello,

I am having trouble aligning some of my ODBC queries with my Saved searches.  The current issue is with Cancellation dates. 

When looking at an order within the GUI, I can see in the history that an item was cancelled on 7/21/2017.
In TRANSACTION_LINES, CANCEL_DATE is null, while CANCEL_REASON_ID is populated.

I cannot see how to logically arrive at the 7/21 date.  Please help
