Multiple Promotion Codes per Campaign
Hi All,
I've set up a Campaign called "Google" and within that I have multiple events for each different group I have in Google. I have put a Promotion Code in the links from the Google Ads so that, when clicked and when a new prospect completes a Online Customers Form, the Promotion Code is passed in so I can see in NetSuite which Google Ads are generating leads and sales.
My problem is that when a new lead is created after someone follows link in the Google Ad the same promotion code is ALWAYS used even though I know the correct code is being passed to the Customer Online Form. It seems that NetSuite forces the Promotion Code for the most recent event in the campaign rather than using the one I pass in.
