Blocking emails from NetSuite

Does anyone have problems with prospects receiving email from Net Suite?

We use an auto responder for prospects that come to our website and sign up for a training webinar.  The form creates a record in NS and sends the prospect an email.  Unfortunately, it appears too many of these emails get blocked and never find out about it. 

Please share any experiences/solutions you may have.
