Promotion Item Reporting

We have various promotions that are applicable only to certain items. I am attempting to link through from the transaction record to the promotion to the promotion items in a sql query but have been unsuccessful in determining where the promotion items are stored in the database/available views.  Does anyone know where that data is located?
