Different Email Addresses
Is there a way to define customer / prospect email addresses for diffierent purposes, i.e.:
Order confirmation email address
Invoice email address
Marketing communcation email address
And then have Netsuite correctly use the appropriate email addresses within their features such as marketing campaigns?
I would have thought this would be functionality within customer contacts but cannot seem to find a way to do this. We have always had to manually change the email address.
