Problems with Campaign Emails and FireFox

edited Nov 22, 2019 4:55PM in CRM 5 comments

I've just sent a newsletter out to a list of about 30,000 and I'm having issues with links to our company site.  With IE visitors are taken to NetSuite (for click tracking I presume) and then redirected to our site.

But with Firefox visitors are redirected to a url that has "?whence=" stuck on the end of the url.  Because of the way our CMS works that breaks the link and sends people to our homepage.

Any one know what this is happening.  Will telling NetSuite not track click-throughs fix this?

Thanks,

Mark Hall
