Campaigns based on not being sent a different campaign

Hello,

I am trying to setup a system that sends an initial thank you for requesting our brochure, any questions email out to the customer after 7 days. I am therefore trying to create a group for this.

I want this to run every 10 days for leads that have been created before 10 days. However not if they have recieved annother mailing from me.

I have tried lots of options but none seem to work. For instance the report that shows:

modified within 1 - 10 days                    - shows nothing for me!
does not contain cmapign ID: FF1           - shows everything for me even if it does,
