Email address from campaign set to the salesperson?

I need to generate a campaign to around 5000 leads associated with around salespeople.

When an email campaign is produced I want the email address of the from to be the salespersons email assigned to the lead.

Is this possible or does it have to be from the registered email campaign address for that campaign.
