Bulk merge says complete but no emails sent
Hi,
I made a small group of selected customers ( 32 people) . I then did a bulk merge of a template to there email..
Netsuite said that The merge was successfully completed and sent. It also says this in merge history.
However when I go into that customers information and click " show activity " I can not see that the email has been sent.
I then did a bulk merge with my self in it.. It again said it had been sent.. but. I received no email.. and there is no history of the email being sent...
This is the first time I have attempted to bulk merge. I am pretty sure I have done everything correctly??
