What consitutes a "Response"
On the Campaign Response Summary, for the "# Responded", what does that actually represent? Please be specific as possible.
For example, does it mean that they emailed back to the sent from email address?
Perhaps a NetSuite staff member or someone who has expereince with this could clarify.
