UK version - script to autoimatically tick the campaign subscription on new records

Last year, like many people in the UK (or at least outside the US), I grappled with the silly rule that any new record entered onto our system via the back office or via forms on our web site, woudl be automatically unsubscribed.

Now we all now that our customers & prospects have a short attention span and are very busy, so expecting them to double subscribe by sending a subscrition email is nonsense. If someone regsiters with us or buys something then I believe I am entitled to send them campaigsn and I am very happy to allwo them to unsubscribe if the wish.
