recipient not showing in bulkmerge

H all,

I have just created a Saved search ( which has shown about 20 results ) Then I have made this search into A group ( where I can again see the results of the group ).


I have just tried to send an email to this group, But When I select the recipient type ( customer )  then select recipients ( my saved group )    It is not showing the group of 20 in the list underneath as it should??

So therefor I can not bulk merge to this group.

Why is it not showing them? When I can view them as a group or saved search but not when I go to mail to them??
