Creating campaign from Entity Search
Can this be done?
The problem I have is that some Customers have email addresses and some Contacts have email address, but not all Customers or Contacts have email addresses. Some of the email addresses associated with Customers are also associated with some Contacts.
If I create a Group from a Customer search, I miss the Contact emails, and vice versa.
So... I thought an Entity search would grab all Customers and Contacts thus providing all emails. Even with duplicates, the Campaign manager email mechanism would strip out duplicates.
Wait, not so fast!!! Having saved an Entity search, I find that I cannot use it to create a Group or select it as Target for an email Campaign.
