Re-send the Customer Survey to customers who have not yet completed it!
I created a Customer Survey and used the Email Campaign to send out the survey. Adding parameters to the Survey's URL so that the completed survey links to the Customer Record.
I sent the survey out to 900 customers, and had 400 customers complete the survey.
How can I create the campaign group for the remaining 500?
I created a Saved Search which shows be the 900 customers. When I add any field from the customer survey to the RESULTS tab, it then only shows me 400 clients, however I want the search to show me all 900 and there should only be an extra column with the Survey results, as the RESULT tab is not a filter. I still want to see all the blank customers aswell.
