want to use leads for email campaign

Hello!

I've tried to find the answer to this in the help and forums, with no success.

It is my understanding that you need to set up a "Target Group" in order to do an email campaign.

However, the only contacts I have in NetSuite thus far are "Leads" and it seems that Leads are the ONLY type of client that you cannot use to create a group.

Is this correct? Or is there an easier way to send a campaign email to all of my leads? I tried a saved search, but it doesn't allow you to use a saved lead search either.
