Merge Messages / Campaigns / Bulk Merge Data
Hey all,
We (unfortunately!:( ) use NS to track all of our outgoing messages and to keep accurate records of who've we've mailed, when and what against customer records. As I've read elsewhere this is a bit of a nightmare and I've got users that are complaining because individual letters are going out under 'Messages', mass marketing goes out under 'Campaigns' and mail merges go out under 'Bulk Merge'. I'd like to be able to have one area where all of these communications are actually recorded. I could (as a temp plug) put all sub tabs under a general tab of 'Communications'
