HELP: Campaign email delay of 24 hours
Is anyone else experiencing extreme delays in a Email Campaign?
Executed an email campaign at 11am ET yesterday. Nearly 24 hours later, the stats are showing only 16 views and 9 click throughs on a distro of many thousands. This email campaign had multiple time-sensitive offers in it and if it doesn't deliver today on Friday, it's effectiveness is diminished.
About 2 hours after the campaign was sent with NO views/clicks, I called into Netsuite support. Everything about the campaigns seemed normal - the saved search was working (we've used the same "opt in" mailing list which looks for active, subscribed email addresses for 38 campaigns to date), the HTML template successfully sent a preview to me and the rep saw no errors on "the backend" that the campaign was "in the queue". The rep could not tell me any more information or whether any of the emails had been sent yet, he didn't see any slowness in the email
