Bulk emails and DKIM revisited?
we email only to our customers and I suspect that most of our Bulk Merge emails aren't getting to the customer one way or another - maybe being blocked - maybe going to their spam folders. I've read and reread about DKIM but want to understand that this will solve the problem, or at least make it better. I'm a non-tech user (successful) of NetSuite and our follow-up and annual reminders to customers are a key part of our success.
