Fast Way to Generate Static Group?

Hey Everyone,

I have a situation where customer lists are offloaded and then filtered by sales reps.  At the end of the day I get all the lists back and have a lists of emails that are suppose to be sent.  There doesn't seem like there is an easy way to take this list and upload it into the system so that a static list group can be generated to be emailed to.  Does anyone know of any way to accomplish a task such as this?
