What's the difference?

Looking at the same campaign over the same dates, I find that when running a Campaign ROI Analysis Summary our "# Purchasers" is 32.

Running a Campaign Response Summary, I see that our "# Purchased" is 201.

Perpahps a NetSuite staff member or some other kinf sould could explain the difference ti me?
