Subscription categories on webstore

I am implementing subscription categories, works great on online lead forms and the subscription categories are clean enough.

My problem is on the web store, the only box available is a check box to display unsubscribe at company registration, no categories.  The owner really wants that to be a multi select of the categories that you see on the online form.  Is this possible? Is there a configuration setting I am missing?
