We've been having quite a bit of trouble with bulk and campaign email delivery. We are well within the guidelines of service. Our list is made up of trial accounts generated at our web-site and subscribers of our service, about 2,500 addresses total. We don't purchase lists or randomly add folks.
I've been working on making NetSuite suggested changes that I've seen recently on the forums, namely Campaign Domain and DKIM.
I've added Campaign Domain earlier in the week.
We were upgraded to 2007.1 last night and now have access to DKIM.
I've been reading documentation, but am hopeful that someone can explain how do a few sections of the setup, namely, Domain Selector and Domain Name on the NetSuite DKIM setup page, along with changes / additional DNS entries that might be required.
