How to see revenue in Campaign Statistics?

I've created an email campaign, sent the email, and have had some sales as a result (I know this, as the promotion code that I set up for the email was used for the sales).  But I don't see the revenue for these sales transactions showing up in the campaign statistics tab.  What do I need to do to make this work?
