Campaign Statistics Inaccurate
I sent out a campaign tonight 10.11.2008 2 hours ago.
I received the "campaign sent" email reporting that it was successfully sent to all.
It evidently sent properly because our test accounts got it.
Campaign Response Summary currently shows:
0 sent--45 opened--0% opened--23 clicked through--0% clicked through---0 bounces
So even through it is reporting 45 were opened, it reports 0 were sent and 0% were opened. And although it reports 23 clicked through it reports 0% clicked through. I assume since the "sent" is incorrectly reporting 0 then the % data is therefore invalid.
And it is still not reporting bounces.
Campaign Detail shows listing of email addresses and under the "Result" column reports "Queued".
