Sender ID compatible w/ Netsuite?
Hi, I'm trying to improve my email campaign delivery rates. I clicked on the Sender Authentication Auto-Responder under the Email setup area, and the resulting email I received confirmed that my DKIM signature is good. Still, I have a feeling I'm not yet up to "best practices." I'm wondering:
1) Is the Sender ID program from Microsoft compatible with Netsuite, and if so, should I / how do I set that up?
2) I've noticed that other companies running on Netsuite have a "Signed by:" line in their email headers, whereas my company's do not have this line. I assume this is related to some email verification, and I thought that DKIM would address this, as my DKIM signature tests as functional and good. Why would this not be appearing, then, and how do I improve my email presentation in the eyes of external ISPs?
