Alarmed at size of Mail Merge folder
Hello,
I need some help - I've just noticed that our File Cabinet > Templates > Letter Templates > Mail Merge Folder is massive - aproximately 12 GB.
What are we doing wrong to make it so big. I notice that it stores a copy of every single merged letter and every bulk merge ZIP file.
Is this really the only way to use the system?
Any help from anybody would be greatly appreciated.
