Anyone else getting poor results from Mail Merge emails and Campaign emails?

We sent a Mail Merge on Tuesday and a Campaign on Thursday, both resulting in about half normal sales, both resulting in about half the normal Out Of Office/Email Bounced responses.

Is something up as far as spam settings go with NS IP again?
