email selected contacts / campaign / create group fast

hello,
I need to selectively email around 1000 customers .
I can see i need to create a group and then a campaign for this.
The problem is i need to upload the list of email to the group.
I can do a saved search / static group but i need a feature like copy the email addresses and paste somewhere where the Netsuite will automatically send to each email.
Also i need to send attachments,
Pl. let me know how can i fast send / select the emails for newsletter.
