Netsuite Campaigns versus Third Party Suppliers - What do you use?

We're starting to use Netsuite to do our campaign emails, but concerned that the delivery rates might not be as high as third party providers, such as Vertical Response.

For those of you who use Netsuite, what's your current experience on delivery rates?

For those of you who do not use Netsuite, why?  Is it because of delivery rates or your campaigns having a higher probability of being labeled as spam?
