Bulk Mail Merge report

After sending a bulk mail merge, I received bounced mail report however, the report is not very useful. It did not tell me which recipient did not receive my email. Can I get a report from Netsuite somewhere else  to tell me who exactly did not receive the email and then allow me to do something about it eg: email separately or change an email address.

Subject:  Email bounced by Mailer-Daemon@dodo.com.au; original subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
