Bulk Merges going to unsubscribed contacts
Despite setting a subscription for my bulk merges, it is still going to contacts that are unsubscribed (but still set as soft opt-in).
Although I understand this in principle, I'm wondering why Netsuite has given a option for setting a subscription but the mails go out to all??
After raising a support ticket, I was told that I have to set those contacts as soft opt-out and then they will no longer recieve bulk merges...:( Which is going to be a huge undertaking to vet over 4000 individual contacts.
I've also noticed that people mention in other forum threads that unsubscribe links are put at bottom of bulk merge emails but I have not seen this in my experience.
