Mail Merge: Insert Credit Card Expiry Date

Can we pull the Credit Card Expiry date into a word merge?
We want to send letters to people that have a credit card expiring next month.

The CSV file doesn't seem to have it. When I manually add the field name it doesn't populate.

Any ideas?
