Weird IP error

I have had a few of these today after sending a bulk merge

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<b.mat_twineboxwarehouse_pcom_pau.9291d2188d@bounces.netsuite.com> SIZE=63905:
    host mx1.tpgi.com.au [203.12.160.122]: 550 5.7.1 <b.mat_twineboxwarehouse_pcom_pau.9291d2188d@bounces.netsuite.com>... Client address [202.124.241.70] blocked. Listed on Barracuda Reputation Block List (BRBL). See http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups?ip_address=202.124.241.70

As far as I can tell, 202.124.241.70 is not a NS IP, nor is it related to us? Any ideas?
